Our team of caregivers is dedicated to addressing residents’ individual needs with empathy and understanding, ensuring that they feel supported and cared for every step of the way.

Led by a Wound Care Nurse Practitioner, our program offers the following specialized treatments and therapies:

  • Wound Vac Therapy: Utilizing advanced wound vac therapy, we create an optimal healing environment to promote tissue regeneration and wound closure.
  • Specialized Dressings: We employ a variety of specialized dressings tailored to the specific needs of each wound type, facilitating healing and preventing infection.
  • Debridement Services: Our skilled wound care specialists perform expert debridement procedures to remove necrotic tissue and promote healthy tissue growth.
  • Continuous Monitoring: We monitor wounds continuously to track progress, identify complications, and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  • Collaboration with Wound Care Specialists: Cedar Hill Healthcare & Rehabilitation Center collaborates with a network of wound care specialists to ensure our residents receive the most advanced and effective treatments.
